Carrago Minerals Investment's Finest Coffee,
Traded with Purpose.

From Uganda's Farms
to Global Markets.

Uganda is Africa's largest Robusta coffee producer and one of the continent's most respected sources of fine Arabica. Carrago Minerals Investment sources coffee directly from smallholder farmers and cooperatives across Uganda's key growing regions — from the slopes of Mount Elgon in the east to the highlands of Rwenzori in the west.

We work with farmers who practice sustainable, low-input agriculture, ensuring that the coffee we export is not only high in quality but also traceable to its origin. Our supply chain connects Ugandan growers directly to international roasters, importers, and commodity buyers.

Whether you need green beans for specialty roasting or bulk Robusta for blending and instant coffee production, Carrago has the sourcing network and export capability to deliver consistently.

Mount Elgon

Grown at altitudes of 1,500–2,200m on the slopes of Mount Elgon, this washed Arabica is prized for its bright acidity, citrus notes, and clean finish. A favourite among specialty roasters worldwide.

Robusta coffee beans Uganda

Central & Western Uganda — Robusta

Masaka, Luwero & Mubende

Uganda's Robusta belt stretches across the central and western regions. Known for its full body, earthy depth, and high caffeine content — ideal for espresso blends and instant coffee manufacturing.

Coffee harvest Rwenzori

Western Uganda — Arabica

Rwenzori Mountains

The Rwenzori highlands produce a distinctive Arabica with floral and stone-fruit characteristics. Grown by smallholder farmers in Kasese and Bundibugyo districts, this coffee is gaining recognition in premium markets.
